Returns

  1. Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Non-returnable items: Certain products such as perishable goods (e.g., consumable mushroom-infused items) or opened products cannot be returned.
  3. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@polkadotofficialbrand.com with your order details.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

Refunds

  1. Refund Process: 
  •    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  •    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

   – In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to processing.
