Shipping Destinations: 

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA. International shipping is available to select regions. Please contact us at sales@polkadotofficialbrand.com for more details on international orders.

 

Processing Time: 

– All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation.  

– Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.  

– You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: 

– Shipping rates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times: 

   – Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

   – Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

   – International Shipping: 10-15 business days (subject to customs processing)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment through our carrier’s website.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
